Hi, I'm Judith
and I'm glad you are here.
I work with extraordinary people who are seeking real transformation.

If you are after a superficial, formulaic approach, I’m not for you. But if you want laser-focused coaching, absolute clarity, and radical results - you are in the right place.

I was obsessed with personal development long before it was fashionable. I find it illuminating, energising and full of hope. I have a naturally curious mind that never switches off and a deep belief that change is always possible - if you want it badly enough.

I work with my own coach and mentor because I never want to stop growing.

I have first hand experience with mental health, neurodivergence, and the challenges of life - loss of a sibling, divorce, OCD, anxiety, ADHD, narcissism, eating disorders and more.

My life and career haven’t followed a neat, predictable path. I’ve worked in big corporate and startups as well as founding product and service businesses of my own. In fact business has always excited me - seeing an opportunity, getting creative and then taking the leap. I bring an entrepreneurial edge to coaching that helps you see new possibilities and the courage to pursue them.
A natural problem solver - I believe there is always a way - you just need to find it.
I’m highly intuitive which helps me guide clients with depth and precision.
I'll always go the extra mile and aim to exceed expectations.
I’ll be your biggest supporter and cheerleader.
I'll be all in - as long as you are too.

I have lived experience, professional training, and a sharp mind for strategy and transformation.
Which is why I get results.
Other things about me:
-
I collect beautifully designed shop bags. Don’t ask.
-
I adore live music - dancing and singing like no one’s watching.
-
I’m a stickler for customer service - I have very high expectations.
-
I’m an outdoors girl, rebellious and can quote Life of Brian word for word.
-
I’m young at heart, glass-half-full (preferably white), and generous to a fault.
-
I was incredibly shy as a child - I've learnt strategies to use day-to-day as an adult.
-
If your cupboard door is open or your label’s turned the wrong way, I will probably fix it.
-
I’m a mother to three fabulous grown-up daughters who bring me the greatest joy and most of my grey hairs.
